We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Services.

We are not a debt settlement company, credit repair company, bank, or lender, and we do not negotiate with creditors on your behalf.

• "Site" means debt2wealth.org and all pages and content under it.
• "App" means the member platform at app.debt2wealth.org and the Debt2Wealth mobile app.
• "Services" means the Site and the App together.

2. Educational Purpose

All content, payoff estimates, illustrations, and strategy sessions are educational. They are built from the numbers you provide and depend on assumptions that may not reflect your actual circumstances. Nothing we provide is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any product or security.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any timeline, interest savings, or payoff projection shown is an illustration based on assumptions and is not a promise or guarantee.

5. Debt and Credit Information

We do not pull credit, perform credit checks, or report to credit bureaus. We do not provide credit repair or credit counseling services. We do not refinance, consolidate, or take out loans on your behalf. Any decision about your debts, your money, or your accounts remains yours.

6. Insurance Licensing and Compensation Disclosure

Jeffrey Allen Newman is a licensed insurance producer. Texas insurance producer license No. 3379818. National Producer Number (NPN): 21698233. He is licensed in the states in which he conducts insurance business and is contracted as a writing agent through a national marketing agency partner. You can verify a producer license through your state's department of insurance.

Compensation. If you choose to purchase a product after reviewing a Debt2Wealth plan, Debt2Wealth may receive a commission paid through our marketing agency partner. We are compensated only if a product is purchased, and never by you directly.

Transactions. All product transactions occur directly between you and the product issuer. Debt2Wealth is not a party to any product transaction, does not hold or transmit your funds, and does not service any product.

Limited Product Availability. We are appointed with a limited number of carriers and can present only products from those carriers. This does not represent a comparison of all products available in the market, and other products may exist that are more suitable for your circumstances.

No Advisory Relationship. Strategy sessions are educational. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created.

7. Insurance Licensing Note

Insurance producer licensing is regulated by state departments of insurance. Licensing is held in the states in which insurance business is conducted. This page does not offer insurance products.
