Debt2Wealth Terms of Use
The Debt2Wealth platform is operated by Jeffrey Allen Newman, an individual sole proprietor based in Texas doing business as Debt2Wealth. Contact: jeff@debt2wealth.org.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using our website or member application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
- "Site" means debt2wealth.org and all pages and content under it.
- "App" means the member platform at app.debt2wealth.org and the Debt2Wealth mobile app.
- "Services" means the Site and the App together.
3. Educational Information Only
Debt2Wealth provides educational explanations and strategy illustrations for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, we are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and nothing on the Site or App should be relied upon as advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain one account per person.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at jeff@debt2wealth.org if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services by automated means;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or their content;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.
7. Personalized Strategy Calls & Plan Reviews
One-on-one educational sessions where a member of the Debt2Wealth team walks through your own submitted numbers, explains how the payoff strategies work, and shows you how to apply the framework yourself. These sessions are educational and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created.
8. No Fees; Compensation Disclosure
Access to the Site and App is free. We do not charge users for the Debt2Wealth Blueprint, payoff estimates, or strategy sessions, and we do not collect payment information. All product transactions occur directly between you and the product issuer; Debt2Wealth is not a party to them. Where you independently choose to purchase a product following a Debt2Wealth plan, Jeffrey Allen Newman, in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance producer, may receive compensation in the form of a commission paid through a marketing agency partner. That compensation is paid by the product issuer, not by you, and it does not increase the price you pay.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Payoff timelines, interest savings, and asset projections are estimates and illustrations based on the figures and assumptions you provide. They are not promises or guarantees. Individual results vary based on income, debt structure, product design, market conditions, discipline, and other financial factors.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeffrey Allen Newman, doing business as Debt2Wealth, and are protected by intellectual property laws. The following marks are our trademarks: Debt2Wealth, Debt2Wealth Blueprint, and Debt2Wealth Framework. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
11. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to jeff@debt2wealth.org including:
- 1. your physical or electronic signature;
- 2. identification of the copyrighted work;
- 3. identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
- 4. your contact information;
- 5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
- 6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We will respond as required by law and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeffrey Allen Newman, individually and doing business as Debt2Wealth, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or the security of the Services.
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Provider and rules: arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as applicable.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing jeff@debt2wealth.org with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court action lies in Bexar County, Texas.
18. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
22. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without restriction.
23. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other.
