Debt2Wealth SMS Terms
The Debt2Wealth platform is operated by Jeffrey Allen Newman, an individual sole proprietor based in Texas doing business as Debt2Wealth. Contact: jeff@debt2wealth.org.
1. About This Program
Debt2Wealth sends text messages to people who provide their mobile number and consent to receive them. Messages relate to your request for information, your plan, your account, and updates about the Debt2Wealth educational framework.
- "Site" means debt2wealth.org and all pages and content under it.
- "App" means the member platform at app.debt2wealth.org and the Debt2Wealth mobile app.
- "Services" means the Site and the App together.
2. Consent
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS at the number provided, including by automated or prerecorded messages, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or contact us at jeff@debt2wealth.org.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. No Sharing of Opt-In Data
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. This is an absolute condition of our SMS program.

10. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
