Debt2Wealth Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The Debt2Wealth platform is operated by Jeffrey Allen Newman, an individual sole proprietor based in Texas doing business as Debt2Wealth. Contact: jeff@debt2wealth.org.
1. Our Position on Selling and Sharing
Debt2Wealth does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This applies to everyone who uses the Site, the App, and the Services, not only to California residents.
2. Why This Page Exists
Privacy laws in California and other states give residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and require that a clear method to exercise that right be provided. We provide this page so the right is visible and easy to use, even though we do not engage in those practices.
3. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- access a copy of your personal information;
- delete your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
4. How to Submit a Request
Email jeff@debt2wealth.org with the words "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line, and tell us what you would like us to do. You may make up to two requests in a 12-month period. We will respond within the timeframes required by law, generally within 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension. If we cannot fulfill your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal."
5. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of your authorization and may still contact you directly to verify your identity.
6. What We Do Instead of Selling
We share personal information only with service providers bound by contract, such as hosting, communication and SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, and professional service providers. They are not permitted to use personal information for their own purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
